Generator connection cabinets from Foxfab Power Solutions

When the power goes out, somebody still has to get a generator connected to the building. A generator connection cabinet is the permanent point where that happens. Cable tails land on colour-coded Camlock receptacles instead of being terminated into a live panel, so a portable set docks in minutes with no hot work.

What is in the cabinet

The same cabinet is the connection point for annual load bank testing. That is the other half of why these get installed. A facility that cannot dock a load bank cannot prove its standby set will carry the building.

Ratings

The FFCC-B1 is ETL Listed to UL1008 standards and IBC Seismic Certified, in a NEMA 3R weatherproof enclosure of 5052 aluminum.

Where they go

Hospitals, data centres and manufacturing plants are the common ones. Anywhere a documented, repeatable generator connection is worth more than an hour of an electrician's time on the night it is needed.
