Didsbury - Alberta, September 10, 2026 - D.A.D. Sales is honouring Bob Holman as he begins a planned transition after 25 years with the company and 40 years in the electrical industry.

A defining part of D.A.D. Sales
Bob joined D.A.D. Sales when the company had just four people. He was instrumental in putting D.A.D. Sales on the map in Edmonton and Northern Alberta, earning the trust of customers, distributors and manufacturing partners and establishing relationships that have endured for decades.
His leadership inside the company has been equally important. Bob has developed and mentored our team, shared his knowledge freely and carried responsibility through some of D.A.D. Sales' most difficult moments. Following the passing of Ed Tuggle, Bob helped guide the company through a profound loss and provided the stability it needed through that period.
Transition and continuity
Bob will remain with D.A.D. Sales on reduced hours through December 2026 to support an orderly transfer of responsibilities and relationships. Bonnie Youngs, currently Vice President, will become President in January 2027. This carefully planned handoff will preserve continuity for D.A.D. Sales' customers, manufacturing partners and team.
